THE COMMERCIAL LICENSE IS SOLD SEPARATELY, that is, YOU BUY THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT which contains in its description the possibility of commercialization and YOU BUY THE LICENSE FOR COMMERCIAL USE "HERE". If you purchase multiple Commercial Use products, you will need to purchase a license for each one, even if you purchased them all at the same time in your shopping cart. One product, one license; two products, two licenses... and so on. In the preview, the product will be listed as Personal Use, but with the purchase of the license, it becomes Commercial Use. The license period is annual (12 consecutive months) with the exception of products with lifetime licenses, the specific nature of which is explained in the product description.
Commercial licenses are offered to SMALL HOME-BASED BUSINESSES and SMALL ENTERPRISES. Each license has its own usage permissions, but they all have in common: not using the assets (digital material) as is, without alteration, or creating another digital product from the original images and selling them as commercial-use digital assets. In your digital trade, you must combine resources with other original design work and not use them as the primary integrity / design element within a design.
I anticipate that you may use the digital assets (digital material) as they are, without alteration, in your digital scrapbook kit sold as a "personal use" product. However, the kit must contain more than 50% other designs (yours or others'), meaning you may not sell a package containing only my digital resources. For products sold in print or physical form in your business, the assets (digital material) licensed "HERE" may be used with or without alteration.
Commercial licenses are NOT allowed for use on P.O.D. (Print On Demand) platforms, due to the policies of most of these businesses. If you have any questions about these requirements, please contact us.
• License is NOT a copyright transfer. All rights reserved to the creator, artist, illustrator, designer ©Elka Romero (erartstudio.com | elkantinho.com.br | elkaromero.com.br), on its original form.
• If altered by Ai(artificial intelligence) image generation, the result must contain very significant differences.
• It's not allowed to share, exchange or redistribute the files or part of the files in anyway.
• Any of the commercial licenses does not extend to commercial organizations, publishers or for mass reproduction by a manufacturing company. Big businesses. If this is your intention, contact us for a possible specific agreement and contract.
• In general, credits are not required but gladly appreciated. :) However, credits that are digitally printed somewhere on a product are required and must be kept as they were placed. For example, on hand-created digital sticker sheets for commercial use, among others.
